Delivery Time

Once you have placed your order, delivery will take place normally as follows:

• In Athens and Crete on the next working/business day after the day of your order (with the exception of hard to access destinations*).
• At land destinations in the next  two working days after the day of your order (with the exception of hard to access destinations*).
• At island destinations in the next twoworking days after the day of your order (with the exception of hard to access destinations*).
• In hard to access destinations* in the next one to five working days after the day of your order.
• For International orders in the next four to ten working days after the day of your order.

* Hard to access destinations are those placed outside the borders of the main cities.

However delays due to unpredicted causes such as strike or detention order is possible to occur.

Delivery costs/transport costs

Delivery costs are estimated at 3.00 euros . For every additional kilogram there is an extra charge of 0.80 euros

Delivery methods

There are two delivery methods:

• By ACS Courier
• By ELTA (Hellenic Post)

 

Shipping Abroad

Shipping abroad is carried out only by ELTA (Hellenic Post) and the costs vary according to the shipping country.

For countries that belong to the EU, delivery costs are 26 euro for up to 2 kilograms and for every additional half kilogram there is an extra charge of 2 euros.

For countries that do not belong to the EU, delivery costs are 31 euro for up to 2 kilograms.

For orders abroad, the payment method cash on delivery is not applicable

 

Volumetric weight calculation

In the case the volumetric weight of a shipment is more than its real weight (light parcels with big volume), the shipment is charged according to the volumetric weight. The International Volumetric Weight is calculated by the following formula: Volumetric Weight in kilograms = Length x Width x Height in centimeters / 5000.
